Refund Policy

We want you to be happy—but if your candle didn't grant your wish, we're here to help (within reason, and within 14 days).

 

Return Conditions:

  • You must notify us of your return request within 14 days of receiving your order. After that, we assume you and the candle have accepted your fate.

  • The item must be unused, unlit, and returned in its original packaging. If you've whispered your hopes to it but haven’t struck a match, we’re good.

  • Personalized products are non-refundable. Your wish, your consequences.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Sadly, we do not yet offer teleportation or magical refunds.

 

Return Process:

  1. Email your return request to info@wishcandle.com.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable (bonus points for dramatic lighting).

  3. Once approved, ship the product to the address we provide.

  4. After we receive the item, you’ll get your refund within 5–7 business days. The universe may or may not approve.
